Our story

A stylist’s notebook for your next new look

Beauty and Style Blog started with a simple idea: when you want a new look, you want to see it first. So instead of long lists of tips, every article is a gallery of real looks you can scroll through, save and take to your nail tech, stylist or closet.

Karla, an American beauty and fashion designer and stylist, writes and curates the site. She picks each look the way a stylist would for a client, thinking about color, proportion, season and occasion, then adds short notes on what makes it work and how to wear it.

Today the blog covers five areas: Nails, Fashion & Outfits, Hair, Makeup and Accessories. New galleries are added every week, from seasonal nail art to outfit ideas for school, work and weekends.
